Sisters....best friends!

Gabriella is 2!

We had a great time celebrating Gabriella's 2nd birthday on April 11! She woke up to balloons filling her room and a decorated house. After cinnamon rolls for breakfast and some play time I took the two big girls on a picnic at the park. Later in the evening our friends came over for pizza and cake. It was a very low-key day, but filled with a lot of fun and special moments to celebrate our sweet girl. She is currently loving the show, Bubble Guppies, so I made a cake and decorated to that theme.

We worked for days on trying to get her to hold her two fingers up and say "2!" She finally figured it out the day before her birthday. We responded with so much excitement that she wouldn't stop doing it. Anytime we pulled out a camera she would hold up her fingers and yell "twoooooooo!" In fact, after her birthday celebration was over, I tucked the girls in their room...as I walked out she was jumping in circles in her crib, with her two fingers up, saying, "Two! Two!"  I think she had a good day!

Sweet Gabriella Kate turned 2 on April 11! Before I share her birthday celebration pics, I thought I would do just a little picture collage of this sweet little clown. :) She really has the sweetest spirit about her, but she definitely keeps us laughing...all.the.time! Hello....

So, I've taken a few months sabbatical from my blog...ha. We moved and that coupled with raising 3 young girlies has put a lot of things on the back burner these days.  :) However, I know some of you only keep up with us via this blog, so I'm doing my best to get back on track!
