Good thing Viktor has been on vacation this week...sadly, I don't think he feels any more rested than usual, but we have enjoyed some fun family time together!
Sweet Gabi...such a happy, content baby (most of the time!). We get to see a lot of these sweet, big smiles every day. Her face lights up when she hears us talk, but especially when she hears daddy's voice! It is precious.
We've started packing up the house for our move next month...which means we've had to get creative in keeping little Miss Em entertained...

Our friends, Dan and Steph, came for an overnight visit this week. Emily was loving all the attention and she hasn't quit asking for them since they left. We love our times together!

I had to throw this picture in here. I have NO idea what is going on (Viktor snapped it during one of Emily's more dramatic moments), but it totally cracks me up! I asked Viktor what happened and he couldn't recall...either he told her "no" about something or she was upset with her little buddy, Ella. WHO KNOWS?! :)
We tried out a new park in Lexington. Daddy and Em had a blast running around and swinging...

don't worry Kristen...Lucas did that too. and it was funny that like you said, the baby became the better sleeper and the big kid started waking up. it is part of the transition, she'll get through it and so will you guys. we got through it! Praying for you in the meantime!
